If it were going to happen, it would probably have been back when KHII was relevant literally a decade ago. That being said, there's been a recent glut of KH merchandise thanks to everyone realizing that it's Disney that owns the IP and not Square-Enix, so if the Diamond Select or S.H. Figuarts Kingdom Hearts series last long enough, I could see them getting to him. Diamond is much more likely, though, given that they've already covered most of the major characters whereas Bandai's only done Sora, Donald, Goofy, and Mickey. Also, it's worth nothing that a hypothetical Diamond figure would be shit.
