Details are scarce, what we know is there's evolution lines tied to fitness things, missions to complete with the companion app, PvP battles, and a new thing where touching an NFC reader will start an auto-battle to level up with. The nature of the auto-battle is unknown.

Kind of strange that they want to release this fitness bracelet that promotes exercising outside in these lockdown times. Maybe you can do most missions at home but the announcement trailer makes it look like you might want to be outside for this.
