Anyway, I picked up some new friends and proceeded to stomp the shit out of every trainer that crossed my path, including the S.S. Anne Rival, who was a complete push-over. I guess one handicap to make things more interesting as I enter the Vermilion Gym: Nidoking got over-leveled, so to retain muh honoru I have boxed him for this gym. I'll scoop him back up afterwards, but I like my odds with Charmeleon now that he's got Dig. Wish me luck!
