It really doesn't have that many switch in with a specs set. At least bulky waters exists however nothing wants a burn these days anyways.
Good thing it is slow enough to not run over everything with a specs set. It will also face stiff competition on offensive teams with Keldeo and Starmie and other offensive water types.
It will cause an influx in Sp. Def Rotom-W (Great for birdspam who hates Phys Def Rotom-W) which is good anyways with the rise of Torn-T.
All in all I want to try the cancer that will be called burn all my checks
