Also Risa in the Everybody's Story dub had her name kept and I guess she had her name kept in the original pronounciation because visually she associates with a really stereotypical image of a Japanese schoolgirl with the whole gyaru design.
I just think it's ridiculous to keep localising anime names in 2020 but I do understand why names like Ash or Brock
need to be kept.
