why did they reveal all the ugly, spherical, kirby mons first? some of these new mons look incredible compared to the past few gens (bisharp evo, grasshopper, salamence + tyranitar, fuecoco final evo). gen 8 was similar with how they never revealed mons like grimmsnarl (impidimp was cool as soon as i saw him in that demo footage), coalossal, purrserker, centiskorch. why do they do it? i hope nacli evolves into a giant salt mound monster and ghimmighoul evolves into something similar to the golem from dragon quest but with a bunch of coins instead of bricks (maybe has a gimmick similar to wishiwashi)
