Gamefreak keeps putting out bad games, and fans eating them up, feeding gamefreak endlessly to make more bad games.
Financial-wise, it's thriving.
Quality-wise, the franchise is dead.
It's better if you guys accept the fact that Pokemon will never be good again as long as masuda and ohmori's philosophy is deeply rooted inside gamefreak.
You either move on, and just play the old games and romhacks (which has more effort and passion put into them), or you give in to the darkness and go inside the belly of the beast like those bootlickers.
