Polteageist's whole animation schtick is that it moves around the teapot. The special attack animaiton has it dip down into the pot then come out the spout going "boo". It's a good special animation for it.
Pokemon really should have more than 1 special and physical animation each, but they did give a lot of the new mon this gen really good ones.
