with incineroar it helps math fix, 240+20 from burn is 260 base. 1 magmortar is now 290 base. a 2nd is 320 which is ohkoing dragapult. you're just shy of charizard knock outs, but even with 1 hitting 290 KOs big targets like pidgeot too. its a big improvement to what it was like before
the meta is pretty into using trolley+TM evo right now, so it's a free attack for incineroar. like all stage2 decks using rare candy you're kinda weak vs budew lock tho, but with your own budew+burn you can win the budew wars
