Sword/Shield are pretty generic royalty/knight-related counterparts that could've easily been Pokemon games no matter what. Just because some guy guessed they'd be called that doesn't instantly mean he's leaking the games.
Same goes for the region being based off England. Basically everyone was assuming that, so that means nothing for a leaker's credibility.
