First there was no sexual conduct whatsoever between Neby and Necrozma, Necrozma was just fusing with Nebby to get light.
Two, the aforementioned light is Necrozma's property to begin with, and by extension Nebby therefore must forfeit said light, even if force is necessary.
And on the topic of force, Nebby instigated the conflict in the first place, Necrozma had done nothing but it was Nebby who decided to attack, Necrozma was only fighting in self-defense.
Clearly Necrozma is not only not a rapist but has done nothing wrong as it was Nebby who provoked and instigated the conflict.
