The only grinding that the game didn't streamline is getting money (which you only need if you want to max a bunch of IVs, if you only want to max that shiny you'll be fine without grinding) and these FUCKING STARTER EGGS
I'VE JUST HATCHED 25 FIRE EGGS FOR A TORCHIC AND I'VE FOUND MULTIPLE OF EVERY STARTER EXCEPT THE ONE I'M LOOKING FOR WHAT THE FUCK WAS HE THINKING MAKING IT A 1/8 CHANCE FOR EACH POKEMON
