Zeraora-GX is a very weak card. As you can see, it's only a 190HP basic who offers free retreat to anything with Lightning energy attached (negating Absol, Mt. Lanakila and other effects) and a high damage attack that is only a Choice Band away from OHKO'ing all other basic GXes and usually more. Then, it's rounded out with a GX move that works as pivot acceleration.
But of course, since it's weak to Fighting this makes it 100% useless in every situation.
