Are you sure she doesn't need buffs, she's the 4th lowest in winrate and right below Sableye, Sableye of all Pokémon, and he hasn't had a buffs since forever so that looks really bad for a buffed mon to be below a mon who never receive buffs, don't you think?
You know maybe, Tink would benefit from having actual All-Rounder stats and mechanics like Shields, Damage Reductions, Reliable Sustain, Ice Hammer being Unstoppable, and a Unite that doesn't do poopoo damage, huh?
