If that anon who wants that shorter neck is still here, you're gonna have to sketch how you want the back to look and I (or someone I guess or even you) can sprite it somewhat to see what it looks like.
Otherwise, considering the long neck is the sugi and the reason it looks good in my opinion, someone is gonna need to redo the front.
