It could have been really interesting as it would have made it feel a lot different from Arceus. Also, some Normal dual typings are upgrades from the mono type in a few instances: Normal/Flying, Normal/Psychic, Normal/Ghost... We also would have had that last typing (Norm/Ghost) back in Gen 7 instead of waiting for Hisuian Zoroark, and I bet Silvally holding the Ghost Memory would have been ridiculously popular in the Gen 7 meta. Only 1 weakness, two useful immunities, can't be trapped, physical Ghost STAB plus STAB Explosion...
