Both mainline (FRLG, RSE, DPPt, BW2, HGSS) and spinoff (Conquest, Mystery D., Ranger, Col/XD, BR, ect.) titles all throughout those years were god tier. Feel free to argue over which of these are the "best" but you know deep down I'm right. Everything that came after (3DS, WiiU, Switch, Mobile) has been a complete step back in quality. We will NEVER see such a magical time for pokemon games ever again.
