Buzzkill destroyed Misty's Staryu, and did about 80% to Misty's Starmie, before having to switch out. Charles was able to finish off Starmie easily with his Bite.
The level cap is still 21, and the next rival battle is Blue on the SS Anne. his highest level is actually 20, but I don't want to decrease the cap, and it's only 1 level anyways
I'm going back to Route 24, 25, 5, and 6 to get in my 3 chances of finding a new Pokemon. After that, we'll roll into Vermilion.
