Not really sure but Scratch / Play Rough are best attacking moves. Scratch / Night Slash livable with near perfect IVs/high level.
Since these are all shitmon (blame niantic for gengar) I want no more than 2 of each final evo form, maybe 4 for gengar: best moves, double ghost, double dark and the sludge wave relic
