Not everything has to have 145 speed with Huge Power. Just make it actually usable in any way, or give it a particular niche it can use particularly well, or just simply don't play so hard favorites that some Pokemon end up not even having an ability and some a broken ability + everything else. Magician Delphox vs. Protean Greninja. It's day and night. Literally any ability with a use would have done Delphox better, but they decided to give it the "I'm always double weak to Knock Off!" the ability TM.

At least pretend to give a shit about people who want to use Ledian for longer than the first badge. Wouldn't have hurt to spend more points on attack rather then sp. defense even if its attack is still sub 100. Shit.
