Turtwig is a Russian desert tortoise named Ivan, I suppose Torkoal would be more appropriate to his species though. I chose Turtwig because of the size.
Swablu is parakeet, he had a friend who looked like Natu but he died when I found out I had been feeding them incorrectly ;_; tip to parakeet fags, seeds should be a small part of their diet. Fruit, grains, pretty much anything else is better for them. Seed is just filler. Too much seed will literally cause their anus to prolapse and you'll have to force feed it medicine every day as it slowly dies.
Two Manectric are labs, one yellow one black, hence the shininess. They're sisters and about the most submissive, friendly dogs you can imagine, though.
Purrloin is cat, she was likely born on the streets in New York City where I used to live near, my vet uncle rescued her with a litter of kittens, but nobody would take the mother. She actually nursed another cat's litter when the mother couldn't be found, but once again the kittens all got adopted but not the mother, so we took her in. She's very old now and has some very bad health scares because she sometimes will decide to stop eating, but she's healthy-ish now, which is impressive considering most cats her age don't survive things like that. Also has half a tail, we don't know why.
