...and the league is down! As with my other Gen 2 runs, it was mostly a hard carry by our elemental punch user, The Artist Currently Known As Dupree Dubois soloing Will and Lance, but having to outsource some help from Din Zhao to take down Koga's Crobat. Bruno was a cooperative takedown between Shower Thot, Gertrude and Jiggalug, switching to whoever took the least damage from the current mon out, Jiggalug in particular coming in clutch by getting a crit Earthquake on Bruno's Machamp. Karen was another collaborative effort, Gertrude actually managing to solo her Umbreon without even taking damage, baiting out her Houndoom which was then swiftly dealt with by Din Zhao, who also took out her Vileplume and crippled her Gengar, allowing Shower Thot to finish the battle easily.
I went in a little underleveled compared to how I usually do it, which is partially because of cockiness, but also due to impatience to test out something that I found out yesterday, which I'm excited if it'll work...
Either way, we're off to Kanto!
>>53764006Personally I don't mind using them as long as they're only good and not broken. Legendaries like most of the trios (birds, dogs, golems, lake spirits) are basically on par with the best regular mons like Alakazam and Gengar, so if you can manage catch them, why not right
I'm not a big fan of the real overpowered legends tho, like all the box legendaries, they can get fainted (or captured in a Master Ball if I'm feeling lazy)
