People don't work to get competitive Pokémon, they inject them. If you waste enough time to breed, chances are, you'll never get into a tournament.

Cutscenes in gen 7 are NOT 20 seconds. Several minutes each, where nothing interesting happens and the characters spam poses.

The aim of sequels should be to be better than the original. If you remove features, then your series never progresses.
