Whether you liked or hated lumoise it's been the most interesting city in any pokemon game by far. The other cities were somewhat lackluster, and I feel the map blocks you off a lot more than it should (you can't surf at route 7? really?)

It's pokemon, not every character is going to have a deep backstory. I feel as though they could've done more with the NPC in the chateau.

There was a couple duds but this gen was actually pretty good, I'll take quality over quantity. The mega distros thus far have been silly though.

In my opinion I liked the gyms and thought they fit the theme of kalos very well.

Less legendaries is A GOOD THING.

It has a very limited endgame but I agree, I feel it's done moreso at this point so people think it's amazing when they put things like the frontier in.
