I've swept entire teams with just this one pokemon. If you see that the opponent has a set-up pokemon in his team (aka ferrothorn), just start with bisharp, taunt, then swords dance because nobody puts attacking moves on a ferrothorn so he's going to switch. Then decide if the next pokemon is going to attack or not, if so, sucker punch, if not, taunt and then sucker punch. Of course, if you're faster (all your EVs should be in attack and speed) or type advantages call for it, you can use iron head.
Really great against walls (no more protect and wish spam), pokemon who set arena hazards (all of them are blocked), baton passers (baton pass is blocked), or if your enemy is just plain stalling at the end of the match
