>>12240640Well the whole thing behind Pacifidlog Town is that it started off with their ancestors being born on boats and living life on them before fully growing into a town. On top of that, its on top of a colony of Corsola which makes its existence somewhat more understandable and explainable at that. So for unique towns as such, 'they're allergic to sunlight' just comes off as lazy. Remember, the underground city is meant to be shining with casino's and housing the circus/ring master gym leader. Try something like before the town was actually created, it started with a man and a dream or some shit like that.
