Since the majority of Orre is a wasteland, it does not have the abundance of wild Pokémon found in other regions and thus Poké Spots are rare, with only three known to exist.Mechanically there was no ability to program wild Pokemon in Colosseum, in-universum exists but they are fucking scarce and the Poke-spots are little known, the only cases of invasive fauna are a munchlax and a bonsly that escape.
