>>57404470Yes but it shouldn't be up to the grader to determine what's a 1-10. If a card is very limited in supply and only exists as a 4-5 then that's what the market dictates. The grading should be objective and the market should adjust as such. Regardless tag still is lenient on older cards. This one for example got a 10 despite having obvious defects because it's an older card.
