Woah hello anons, I dunno how this happened but I'm here to propose a ceasefire
Both sides have valid points, it is true that I had started this as an art project and expected to make everything myself and that stuff with different makers is noticeably stylistically different, but it's also true that I am aight with just rolling with what people decided they want to do, and if that's putting in random sprites and designs that's ok if it's decent quality. But all I want is for everyone to be happy, so the solution I propose is this: two game versions like a proper pokemon game. One version to satisfy the collaboratives who want their own designs in the game (which I appreciate), and then when everything is finished, another version for the purists who aren't keen on random mons and want me to make them all (which I also appreciate). That way people can keep designing stuff, but also everyone will get something made by me, and people can choose which version they'd rather play with. Is that a solution both sides can be happy with?
