For some reason, Shelly does double battles, and has strategy revolves around rain. While I didn't think much of this before, some interesting info came to light last thread. While the forest field used in this gym can be set alight, you're not going to get a chance. This fucking bitch uses a prankster Illumise to set up rain dance and will throw a swift swim Anorith, Yanmega and Araquanid at you. Also, she'll spam double struggle bug if she doesn't feel like killing you outright. She's the purest bullshit in the game up to this point.
