I think a cool dex for Orre in the totally impossible pipe dream scenario that we got a new game and it became a full main series region would be if all the new pokemon were babies, evolutions, and branches to existing lines. It'd be a nice callback to how the region didn't have it's own pokemon and relied on imports of previously known pokemon from other regions, and fit with the lore of hardy species surviving despite the harsh conditions and adapting to their new environment similar to regional forms.

What better time to add a new eeveelution than in a game returning to a region that previously gave you exclusively eevees as starters? Maybe the waters around Citadark Isle are sharpedo infested and Cipher's arificial storm generation caused them to evolve into a bigger, stronger, faster type of shark to better maneuver in the turbulent waves.
