and it's not that it's a difference of 2, it's of 3, arguably 4 because only resisting itself is kinda pointless since it sorta nerfs ice in the same amount it helps it because it makes it worse offensively
it's not even as good offensively as it's made out to be, it hits SE the same amount of things that it hits ineffectively, and the 3 types it hits ineffectively besides itself are among the best types in the game, hitting flying and ground is good as they are generally great types but grass is just abundant, not good, and hitting dragon was only impressive before fairy existed
