i'm a new player who didn't take part in the summer 2016 festivities because my phone was too shit back then and i didn't want to drop the money to upgrade just for this 1 mobile game
now i've been playing casually for a few weeks now
seeing packs and packs of people playing in toronto's downtown loop of pokestops mostly vanquished all the previous FOMO i had when i wasn't playing on release
it was a lot of fun and i caught a ton of pokemon, lucky egg with the x3 capture bonus and a bajillion pokestops i normally wouldn't visit was super awesome for someone like me who isn't level 40 yet. just today i managed to go from lvl 21 to 24
had a fun time and i'm already looking forward to squirtle day
