Awesome typing, always just loved it's design but he is just outclassed in everything he does... Plus he is dependant on wether there are move tutors in the game so he can at least counter his ouly weakness with aqua tails, wich, sadly, his base attack stat won't allow him to take out anyway.
I just wish he would learn better moves. He just doesn' learn anything powerful enough to make him a powerhouse. I also always liked playing aupressure on him but that's a no go because evasion is banned...Never understood why.
