Corel has one brush that can work out for lineart and such 2B pencil brush. But you need to have some line control to pull it off.
SAI is much handier because it doesn't focus only on imitating real world painting only.
Also it seems like corel doesnt have saving .png support it has .jpg, .png gives images better quality.
I'd talk about layer modes and junk but
