And to keep Clefable as the higher BST of the two, give it +20 to speed. Since Frisk is now officially useless because of open team sheets, and to keep Wigglytuff in line thematically with Clefable, replace Frisk with Magic Bounce.
Now Wigglytuff is the threatening slow, bulky special attacker it was meant to be.
