>>46951739I dont think so. I do hear people complain from time to time that they "for sure" should of gotten a 10. but i checked the numbers. they have a little over 200 cards as a 10, and over 6400 cards in a 9. you have a 3% chance if your of getting a 10 over a 9. let that sink in.
