I'd rather be in the US than Europe, due to the fact that we get the game before and the extra stuff can be bought later on eBay if need be.
On that note, Target seems best. Charizard isn't that cool of a starter and would only be relevant if buying both games, and Gamestop is a terrible company. Plus, you get money back from Target, even if is a small amount.
Although I work at Target and get a discount, so I'm biased about this.
