have you tried to move to EU or other non US/UK country and order it from Pokemon Center?
It's impossible.
Pokemoncenter don't ship to Paris/Germany/Italy/etc etc etc etc etc etc.
Basically if you are not in US/UK you can't even enter you phone adress and shipping adress because you can only chose "United States" when registering online.
