I decided to use pokemon I've never used before which included a random level 1 Axew and Oshawott I had in my bank which wasn't bred or anything, not even the right natures. I also never used Mudkip before and that Pikachu was one I found in the friend Safari with a lightball. Needless to say I had fun and Haxorus really carried me through the E4 almost by himself.

Every remake/game I try to use pokemon I've never used before by handing myself non bred low level rejects I have laying around. This time I ended up with Oshawott, Axew, and a starter I've never touched before Mudkip, also I ended up catching a Pikachu(with a light ball) since I've rarely used it before. It was a tough road but I'll just let the picture explain the rest.
