What boons do you think the new or returning antagonists will get in their villain arcs? Since Cyrus got Darkrai and Giovanni got mega Mewtwo it's safe to say that other villains will get buffs or additional mons to support them in their arcs. My best guess is
Archie and Maxie: Primal forms
Ghetsis: Black Kyurem will be the most likely alt form although white form may be a possibility
Lysandre: Volcanion? (It's the only Kalos legendary left unclaimed)
Guzma and Lusamine: Additional Ultra beasts?
Rose: Maybe a Galar Regi since Copperajah seems too generic
