or maybe just get a konjac sponge to if you don't have one, it's a type of soft sponge made of this plant called konjac that gently exfoliates without microtearing your face. it's a surprisingly inexpensive godsend that's helped with my cheek flakiness during the winter. ebay sells em for cheap so you don't have to buy an overpriced 12 dollar one that performs the exact same as the 1-3 dollar ones. I've never noticed a difference in brand or anything so anything's fine. You're supposed to let it soak up water so it expands, then just put a little bit of your cleanser on it and gently scrub your face with it, replace every couple of months. make sure you're moisturizing as that other anon said too.
