Seriously, I was amazed how shitty this thing actually is. I tried using one in Black version and it was nothing but dead weight right from the beginning until the very end. Seismitoad was sometimes "ok" when it was able to set up Rain Dance and then outspeed its opponents, but even then it somehow couldn't OHKO most of its in-game opponents with a rain boosted STAB Surf which completely blew me away (it didn't even have a nature that lowers Sp. Attack). About 20% of the time it didn't have the chance to do anything since its opponent was faster and downright OHKO'd it with a neutral move. Slow, fragile and couldn't sweep even in rain. Wouldn't recommend for anyone.
