This gives you high odds for getting cards with little to no damage or defects. But that doesn't mean you won't, because nm does also technically mean there can be slight alignment issues or slight comer whitening on the back of the card (the two most common defects). If that happens, and as I said you record the opening, you absoy should be able to raise hell to tcgp and they will in turn burn the seller.
If you see a listing whose seller has all the marks as noted in the attached pic, you have a very high chance of the card being exactly as listed and in accordance to tcgp standards for condition.
