Bulky retired construction worker that decided to travel around different regions. Wanting a fresh start, he left behind/gave away all his older pokemon, save his right hand man, a Conkeldurr named Dimitri. He was assigned to Clint at the start of his union training, and have been work buddies for nearly 30 years now. They've got a friendly co-worker relationship vibe that I don't see a whole lot in pokemon.
