Don't worry if 3*+ Torchic can faint,once it has fone it's buffing job its only purpose is making sync countdowns faster but Stcamore doesn't care, all you do is always spamming Horn Leech.
My Misty is 4* 3/5 however in this battle all she needs is even just 2/2 no MPR on her Trainer move used on Sycamore and Bubble Beam MGR (not necessary either), Friendly Care is great but for Sycamore her passive Regen is more than enough combined with Horn Leech.
Torchic also burned Gyarados who regardless has only landed 1 Waterfall and missed Stone Edge vs +4 Eva Xerneas, didn't even had time to use the Steel attack.
So far, open with Misty SpDef and Torchic buffs, only in the opening, against pre-sync Togekiss, you can spam Moonblast in an attempt to get Sp.Atk drops to mitigate its Stored Power, after that always Horn Leech the middle boss.
When Gyarados comes use Misty's trainer move again on Xerneas.
If you see both of your teammates in orange or red HP range you can then use Sycamore's trainer move to heal them a little through their 2bar attacks as they are mostly hit by the boss syncs and maybe 1 Jynx's Blizzard (I think it uses it sometimes).
You can also drop all the 2/2 Misty trainer moves on Sycamore while Togekiss is alive but it's mostly a way to exploit the regen healing in a better way, the real treat comes from Gyarados anyway since you have no physical defensive boosts.

- Fairy Bracelet
- Water Bandana
- Fairy Pin
Team target order:
1 Sycamore
2 MC Torchic
3 Misty
