>Step 1: Get to Duke/Grand Duke Rank.
This is the most difficult part, as getting to that point will take some time. The rewards are well worth it however, so keep at it for a few days until you hit your peak.
>Step 2: Activate the Silver, Gold, and Red/Black Writs.
Contrary to what some poor, ignorant goyim might tell you, you can indeed have more than one Writ activated at once. The Silver Writ will greatly increase the rate at which trainers respawn. Essentially, if you clear a room, leaving for another room will result in more popping up somewhere in the Chateau.
The total price for activating all three writs is 300k-500k, but the perks last for the entire day, unlike the Cafes that force you to pay up front every time you enter.
>Step 3: Give your Pokemon Amulet Coins and Lucky Eggs as needed.
Self explanatory.
>Step 4: Choose your targets.
If you're in it for cold, hard cash, exclusively target the Rich Old Men/Women, Gym Leaders, Elite 4, and Diantha. Even the highest ranking Butlers, Maids, and Fancy Boys/Lasses will pay off substantially less per victory.
If you're in it for experience, the Furisode Girls all have teams full of high level Audinos.
>Step 5: Use your O-Powers!
With the Tier 3 Reward Money O-Power and an Amulet Coin, beating Diantha gives you a whopping 174k pokebucks. I haven't gotten the XP O-Power to its max rank yet, but I've gotten as high as 14k experience from the Furisode Girls' audinos.
Accept nothing less than the Chateau for all your grinding needs.
