Inb4 the typical questions I get each thread, rats are basically dogs, but compact, quiet, cheap, less hyper active, smarter, etc. They're the animals I bond best with, that or they just really are cuddly with every owner. Despite the reputation though, I was as sad as someone who has their cat or dog die. Didnt expect to get so attached. I appreciate the condolences.
