It's difficult for it to show off moves like that in anime when 99% of the battles are "Pidgey use X!" or "Rattata counter it with Y" back and forth. You won't really see anyone say "Incineroar! German Suplex that Magmar! ". It would be something like "Incineroar use Cross Chop!" etc. Just look at Machamp. Also Incineroar is literally doing wrestling moves on its refernce sheet.
