Time for Gold! I rolled Chikorita, and we built up a pretty ok team for this point in the game. Not ideal, but Hoothoot and Geodude are welcome additions. (As a side note, I actually love Spinarak and Ariados, but I know they're not great Pokemon holistically.) Faulkner was an incredibly easy fight, Darmani went in at the same level as Faulkner's Pidgeotto but ended up really overleveled. Rock Throw op.
